– That prior to renting, the bicycles have been tested and found to be in good conditions for use, particularly in the braking, gear and engine systems.

– That all bicycle users know the technique of riding and driving electric mountain bikes.

– That all or some of the bicycle users know the basic bicycle repair techniques, such as flat tires or chain breakages.

– That the guest knows and assumes the risks of riding bicycles on wide lanes, tracks and local roads (places allowed to circulate with these bicycles), releasing the lessor from liability for accidents that may occur.

– That the guest has understood and agree, according to National and Natural Park rules, to respect the prohibitions on driving these bicycles on trails, paths, cross-country or similar places other than those expressed in the previous paragraph.

– That accepts the charge, as a guarantee, of the amount of  100 euros per bicycle, to respond for damages to the bicycles, which will be returned upon delivery of the bicycles and after reviewing their current condition. 

– That his/her responsibility for the bicycles that are delivered for rent extends to any damage to the frame, elements and mechanisms thereof and is not only limited to the amount of the guarantee provided, but to the cost of the replacement or repair of the bicycles damages that could eventually occur.

– That the guest assumes the payment of the replacement cost of the bicycles in the event of theft, or loss of them, regardless of the cause.
